"Windows protected your PC"

More info → Run anyway.

claude or codex "not found"

It isn't installed where that pane runs (Windows and Linux are separate). Install it there (page 1), then open a new pane.

The agent asks you to log in

Follow the steps in the pane; open the link it shows if no browser window appears.

My phone can't see my PC

Check the PC is on, SoluTerminal is running (tray icon) and connected to your account, and you're signed in with the same email on both.

I closed the window

Your agents are still running. Click the tray icon to reopen.

Updates

The desktop app updates itself (restarting when idle) and checks each update is genuine before installing. Change it in Settings › Devices › Updates.

Still stuck?

In the app: Ctrl+K → Send feedback (needs a free account; it includes your app version and computer details, so we can fix things faster, and replies arrive in the app's Inbox). Or email hello@soluterminal.com.

Uninstall

Windows Settings › Apps › soluterminal › Uninstall. It stops SoluTerminal's processes and removes what it added to Claude Code and Codex. It leaves your settings and logs (%USERPROFILE%\.solu and %LOCALAPPDATA%\soluterminal) and your own Claude/Codex sign-ins; delete those folders for a clean slate. In Linux (WSL), SoluTerminal's background service stops when WSL shuts down or the PC restarts.

Privacy

SoluTerminal sends one anonymous check-in a day (a random install ID, the version, your OS and whether you're signed in) so we can count active installs. Turn it off in Settings › Devices › Privacy, where you'll also find crash reports and usage statistics. It checks whether Claude Code and Codex are signed in on this PC; only a yes/no is used. Full details: Privacy.
