Beta terms

Last updated 2026-10-23. The short version of what you agree to by downloading or using SoluTerminal during the beta. "We" means the SoluTerminal team.

It's a beta

SoluTerminal is early software. It will have bugs, and things may change or stop working. It's provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Cost

SoluTerminal is free during beta. It doesn't include AI usage: you pay your own AI provider for the Claude Code or Codex subscription your agents run on. We won't charge you for anything without asking first.

Your computer and your agents

SoluTerminal runs shells and AI coding agents on your computer with your user account's permissions. Agents can read and change files and run commands, and they can make mistakes. You decide what you run and what you approve, so check their changes before you rely on them.

Other services

Claude Code, Codex and the AI providers behind them are separate services under your own accounts. Their own terms apply, and you're responsible for following them.

Your account (optional)

You don't need an account to use SoluTerminal. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure: anyone signed in to your account can use the machines you've connected to it. Disconnect any machine you no longer control.

Using it fairly

Don't use SoluTerminal to break the law, attack or disrupt other systems or our service, get around its limits or security, or infringe other people's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your code, files and sessions are yours. We handle data only as described in the privacy note. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve SoluTerminal without owing you anything.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, code, profits or work, arising from your use of the beta.

Ending or changing the beta

You can stop using SoluTerminal at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may pause or end the beta, or change these terms; when we do, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
