When an agent needs you

• A pane waiting for your decision turns amber, and the bell in the top bar shows a count. Click the bell to jump there.
• Answer with the Reply: buttons at the top right of the pane (1, 2, 3, Y, N, ⏎, Esc), or just type your answer in the pane.
• Auto-approve, per pane: right-click the pane (or its auto chip) → Auto-approve:
  • Off: you answer everything.
  • Approve with caution: an AI check approves routine steps and leaves anything touching secrets, system files, git push/history, installs, deletes or the network for you. (Uses smart approvals: 100 a day with a free account.)
  • Always approve: answers the agent's ordinary permission prompts for you. It never answers the agent's questions, plan changes, billing or login menus, and it doesn't check commands for risk.
• On your phone (free account): turn on pushes in the bell menu → Notifications: On. You get a push when an agent needs you (after 15 seconds, so one that carries on by itself doesn't ping you), and when a Claude agent you were pinged about finishes.
